Training analysis via video
Advanced training plan – Each month, we will review your process to ensure the training plan is working for your personal needs. Any adjustments can be made to ensure a successful month lies ahead.
1 formal check-ins per week
Monthly Analysis – this will be a monthly analysis carried out on video via loom. I will make a detailed comparison of the progress you have made so far and the next steps we have to take going forward.
Training analysis via video – this will consist of you sending me training videos where I will reply via video or voice note of how to correct your form on any exercise; this is a great way to progress in the gym without having a personal trainer.

The Photoshoot Prep Package includes everything from the gold package plus one video call per week to discuss everything from the previous week and the week ahead in detail. This will add a more personal touch to the package, and you will have my presence at your photoshoot, location dependent.
